Why did I decide to dedicate myself to this?
My adventure begins five years ago...
Imagine being pregnant for the first time, eagerly devouring every bit of advice and information you can find, only to realize that no book or article truly prepares you for the emotional rollercoaster of motherhood.
I found myself in that exact situation. Balancing the excitement of pregnancy with the demands of a high-powered job was challenging enough, but add in the constant worry about my baby’s well-being, and it felt like I was navigating uncharted territory.
What surprised me most was the lack of discussion around the mental and emotional toll of pregnancy – the anxiety of getting everything ready for baby while ensuring that my work, social life, and relationship remained intact.
But amidst the chaos, there were moments of clarity. Through three pregnancies and my role as a pregnancy coach and licensed therapist, I gained invaluable insights into the realities of motherhood. I discovered the missing pieces in the pregnancy narrative – the topics that moms truly want to discuss but often find absent from books and articles. Armed with this knowledge, I’m equipped to guide moms towards their ideal pregnancy journey, offering support, understanding, and practical tools to navigate the beautiful and sometimes overwhelming adventure of motherhood.
Because let’s be honest, motherhood is a wild ride, full of ups and downs. But knowing that there’s someone there to listen, validate, and uplift you along the way makes all the difference in the world.

A bit more personal
More about me
I only started drinking coffee after having baby #2.
“Tea lover alert! I’m all about Chai tea and pretty much any other kind you can name. But here’s a little secret: I used to be firmly on team ‘no coffee.’ Then, baby number two came along, and suddenly I needed that extra morning boost. Let me tell you, I never appreciated caffeine quite like I do now!”
i am a night owl.
“I’m definitely more of a night owl than an early bird. While the experts might preach the benefits of early mornings, I’m all about embracing those late-night hours. Once I’m asleep, trust me, I want to stay that way!”
If there is a new movie coming out that was based on a book, I’m that person who insists on reading the book before watching the movie.
And when it comes to TV series, count me in for starting from episode 1 every time. There’s just something about experiencing the whole journey from the beginning
